Job Overview:

The role of Customer Service Officer is a key position within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Cash Management - Achieving optimal cash accounting and banking (30% weightage)
  • Risk and Operations Report (15% weightage)
  • NACH Rejected Cash collections to be minimal (10% weightage)
  • Disbursement Management (5% weightage)
  • First Time Resolution to meet the defined matrix (5% weightage)
  • Timely Repayment reminder calls for Retail customers (5% weightage)

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely file dispatch
  2. XMS upload and query resolution with efficiency
