Job Title: Executive Director for Tendering and Bid Management

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tendering and bid management process across various sectors, including oil and gas, energy, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Tenders: Responsible for preparing tenders for various clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Bid Management: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective bid management, from technical write-ups to cost estimation and client liaisoning.
  • Tender Identification: Identifying relevant tenders through various resources, including government portals and private companies.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, and attending pre-bid meetings as required.
  • Clinical Relations: Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients and coordinating with central functions for bid compliance.
  • Execution Team Coordination: Liaising with the execution team and maintaining relationships with external parties for bidding jobs.
  • Liaisoning and Correspondence: Handling day-to-day correspondence and legal contractual correspondences with customers.
  • Tender Tracking: Generating MIS reports and tender tracking updates.
  • Business Sales Forecasting: Achieving order booking targets from tenders.
