Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing customer technical relations and ensuring seamless system installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all da Vinci Surgical platforms, providing expert technical guidance to customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements to ensure effective system installation, including pre-site planning and coordination.
  • Manage and schedule appointments to ensure maximum system reliability, uptime guarantees, and customer satisfaction.
  • Independently manage administrative duties, including spare parts inventory, returned material authorizations, and data entry.
  • Support sales training and marketing events, analyzing potential issues and developing strategies to resolve.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-5 years of field service experience.
  • Good administrative and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Operating Room protocol.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
