Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Epsilon, a leader in interaction management. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support and direction to the IT Field support team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established processes.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate closely with the IT Solution Centre and functional teams. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will take ownership of resolving IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timeframes, while also assisting with ticket management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and direction to the IT Field support team
- Ensure operational processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Assist with ticket management and reporting
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests within specified SLA timeframes
Requirements
- Proven technology skills in Microsoft (AD, O365, MS Office), Apple, HW management, and Networking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
