About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist at Nielsen is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective support to clients. This role is part of the Technical Support Team, which aims to meet the technical requirements of our clients through the successful delivery of services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify unique opportunities and innovative ways to overcome business constraints.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day support for existing products, responding to client queries and addressing reported incidents in a timely manner.
  • Meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engaging with the technical team as needed.
  • Participate in new projects, facilitating support for all new projects going into production.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Requirements


  • High proficiency in SQL and experience with AWS S3, Airflow, and other orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment, such as AWS or Azure, and DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, with at least 3 years of previous working experience.
