Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and online platforms to resolve user issues with operating systems, applications, and network security.
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to improve user support and reduce repeat issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop operations and technical support.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
