About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and partners, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners on Microsoft products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve support processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support customer self-help initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, system development, or network operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Dynamics, and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with technical documentation and knowledge base article creation.
