Alteryx Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Alteryx Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in software support, IT service management and problem-solving.

As a key member of our technical team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for Alteryx Designer and Server environments, resolving incidents and implementing performance optimizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments, including incident resolution and performance enhancements.
  • Administer Alteryx Server on Windows, troubleshooting integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms.
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities, automating routine tasks using PowerShell or Python scripts.
  • Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery, maintaining support documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.
