We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization.

  • Job Description:

    Our team provides technical BAU support for the Smartstream cash management and liquidity activities.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support and configuration across multiple business units.
    • Support extended hours, including overnight shifts and weekends as required.
    • Document technical requirements or processes to capture configuration details.
    • Collaborate with software providers to ensure application standards are met.
    • Apply industry knowledge and best practices to ensure effective solutions.
    • Work closely with technology and project teams to ensure changes are implemented smoothly.
    • Provide post-live support and assist with remediation where necessary.
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Experience with vendor applications, including Smartstream Cash Management (CMS) version 4 and Control Process Designer.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various teams.
    • Familiarity with Change Requests and CAB meetings.
    • Knowledge of Control M application, including jobs creation, administration, alerting, and file move.
    • Oracle 19 SQL scripting and Oracle database concepts.
    • Linux shell scripting and support.
    • Ability to package and manage configuration/code changes into releases.
    • JBoss 8 server knowledge, configuration, and support.
    • GitHub software management and automated deployment via CI/CD pipeline.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex workflows.
    • Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload and drive results.
    • Strong problem-solving skills employing a logical approach.
