Job Title: Support Engineer – Technical Specialist

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team as a Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters on a regular schedule.

You will report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the appropriate teams and monitor scheduled tasks on the system to ensure successful completion.

If there are any failures in tasks, you will rerun them and report technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for resolution.

You will also monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets and update them with initial responses.

In addition, you will gather more details from business/end-users or other teams if required and reproduce issues in the testing environment to provide inputs to the L2 team member.

Finally, you will validate issue fixes in the internal testing environment based on customer inputs given (issue raised).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer-facing experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing either application or infrastructure support at the L1 level is required.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical background in Java, Scripting would be an added advantage.
