Key Responsibilities:- Utilize technical expertise to solve complex customer/field technical escalations from various teams.
- Collaborate with the Development team to resolve customer-reported problems.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to update the team on ongoing escalation statuses.
- Own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines.
- Develop tools and techniques to aid root cause analysis using available data and code reviews.
- Reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them after RCA.
- Provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Work with Product Management teams to identify and implement backlog requirements that add value to the product.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years' experience in technical product support roles.
- Experience working as L3 escalation engineers handling complex customer issues.
- Software development experience with Java technologies.
- Strong understanding of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting and aiding root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.
- Passion for problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in collaborative environments.
- Scripting; Splunk; network troubleshooting; REST API troubleshooting; Query database.
