Job Title:

Finance Content Development Executive

Description

The Role:

As a finance content development specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for finance training programs designed to meet client needs.

Your job is to ensure the content matches industry standards, follows trends, and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review content for financial skills programs
  • Design assessments to evaluate training program effectiveness
  • Maintain and update a content repository and learning management system
  • Review team members' and freelance content developers' work
  • Support proposal and training outline design and creation
  • Coordinate with designers to format content

Product, Client and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers
  • Facilitate client support by communicating issues timely and properly
  • Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics required
  • Certifications such as MBA (finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
