Job Title: Software Development Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting live in-person and virtual classes to train learners on software development skills.

The trainer will facilitate and support learners' progress, delivering personalized blended learning experiences that achieve desired skill outcomes. They will evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live in-person and virtual classes to train learners on software development skills.
  • Facilitate and support learners' progress, delivering personalized blended learning experiences that achieve desired skill outcomes.
  • Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
  • Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable.
  • Liaison with relevant teams to plan schedules, track learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in software development technologies such as Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST.
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Strong expertise on the Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
  • Good knowledge of database concepts (SQL).
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, communication, and delivery skills.
  • Bonus advantage: knowledge of Liferay and Omnicom.
