Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients through various channels. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal escalation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate and average handling time
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on international voice processes (blended) for technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Any Technical Specialization
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts
