About Ripik.ai:

We are a fast-growing industrial AI SAAS start-up backed by marquee VC funds and illustrious angels. Our patented full stack software automates decision-making on the factory floor, deployed at 15+ top Indian enterprises, including steel market leaders.

As our Director of Sales, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, oversee sales operations, and lead a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing Industrial accounts in the steel sector
  • Account management, sales operations, and revenue management skills
  • Track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products
  • International client management experience (APJ territory)
  • Proven experience in selling to cement industry manufacturers
