Senior Sales Director for Industrial Accounts

Ripik.ai is a rapidly expanding industrial AI SAAS start-up founded by esteemed alumni of IIT D and BITS, with extensive experience in top-tier companies like McKinsey, IBM, and Google. Currently, they are deployed at more than 15 of India's largest and most prestigious enterprises across industries like steel, aluminum, cement, pharma, paints, consumer goods, and others.
As a partner to GCP, Azure, and AWS, Ripik.ai stands out as one of India's few AI product start-ups. They also hold the position of AI partner of choice for CII, ICC, and NASSCOM.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with other functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing industrial accounts in the steel/cement sector.
- Strong account management, sales operations, and revenue management skills.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products.
- Prior experience in managing international clients, particularly in the APJ territory, is highly valued.
- A demonstrated ability to sell to cement industry manufacturers is essential.
