Sales Senior Manager Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Senior Manager to lead our sales team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, preferably in CRM and sales force automation tools, and a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and other industries.

Job Summary:

The Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, and creating sales funnels to achieve sales targets. The candidate must be able to convincingly present the company to prospective leads and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in LinkedIn and developing a prospective client database of qualified leads.
  • Strategic email writing skills to prospects and customers.
  • Make new outbound and follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and Email, handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits and handle objections while giving demos to the clients.
  • Strong connections in the Market and Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.
  • Manage full sales cycle starting from lead generation by conducting calls/sending emails/connecting via social media, scheduling
