Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing industrial accounts in the cement sector. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Account Management: Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through successful sales tactics and team management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing industrial accounts in the cement sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • A technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products.
  • International client management experience (APJ territory) is a plus.
