Lead Certification Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven sales leader to spearhead our certification business across India. This key role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in certification sales, particularly in schemes such as NOP, BRCGS, NPOP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and GFSI recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Sales Strategy: Create a detailed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with defined sales targets, growth strategies, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. Individual and Team Revenue Generation: Take ownership of personal revenue targets alongside team targets, ensuring consistent achievement of AOP goals.
  3. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performance certification sales team across India, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  4. Opportunity Identification and Conversion: Identify high-potential opportunities across certification verticals, convert them into sales, and achieve targets.
  5. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis to senior management, informing strategic decisions.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  8. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, regulatory updates, and competitor moves to fine-tune sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
