Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new customers and manage the entire lifecycle of working capital loans. You will be responsible for generating leads, performing due diligence, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely loan sanction and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and meet sales targets.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis to validate customer information and identify potential risks.
  • Loan Processing: Collect and verify required documents, review financials, and initiate the loan application process.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
  • Account Monitoring: Continuously monitor customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
