International Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced business development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build trust with key decision-makers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the professional services industry
• Knowledge of international business practices and regulations
• Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools
