The Global Client Services team is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to support our international business growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating cross-border service integration between GTIL member firms and mobilizing talent throughout the network.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can coordinate international/cross-border work, participate in key engagement proposals/pitches, and provide excellent business development support to pursuit teams. You will also be responsible for working with the Studio (proposal writing team) and US pursuit teams to research and compile information for credentials, qualifications, client references, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent in business, accounting, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience with an accounting and/or professional services firm; marketing experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines
  • Foreign language skills and practical application abroad are a plus
  • Strong interest in learning on the job, solving problems, and working across service lines
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently on assignments and initiatives
  • Culturally sensitive with agile and collaborative cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Flexible work hours may be required to collaborate with global teams
