Job Description

As a Client Experience Specialist at MRI Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist new customers in the onboarding process to get them up to speed quickly.
  • Regularly assess the health of customer accounts to identify potential issues before they become problems.
  • Offer specialized training sessions, tailored to customer needs, to ensure they are getting the most out of our software.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to customer engagement and product usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to gather feedback and insights from clients to inform product development and roadmap.
  • Manage and maintain regular meeting and communication cadences with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Handle user activation and deactivation requests, as well as provide simple user training when requested.
  • Ensure that projects are resourced correctly, ensuring KPIs for abstraction turn-around are met.
  • Check invoices going to clients to ensure they are being correctly billed.
  • Send out monthly usage reporting to ensure clients are cognizant of their package capacity.
  • Share product update information with clients to keep them informed of new features and developments.
