About the Role:

The Client Success Specialist plays a critical role in directly working with Gartner's clients and prospects to address their needs and problems. This involves understanding and surfacing clients' business priorities, breaking down challenges, applying logic, and identifying effective ways to support the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a central point of contact for clients and prospective clients to submit requests and issues via phone, email, or web.
  • Actively supporting Sales and Marketing teams in selling, serving, and marketing to existing and prospective clients.
  • Managing and analyzing inbound volume by documenting and tracking requests or issues via case management technology.
  • Actively supporting services teams in engaging and retaining existing clients by prioritizing and resolving issues.
  • Helping educate clients and prospects about Gartner's website, services, and organization.
  • Improving processes and innovating by identifying root causes of client issues, suggesting best solutions, creating new processes, and collaborating with BUs to implement solutions.
  • Executing against and resolving broader product and service inquiries.
  • Assisting conferences groups with inbound support for ensuring users can attend conferences without issues.
  • Assisting Interactive Client Services Management in documenting, tracking, and analyzing request trends, issues with inbound processes, request fulfillment metrics, and inbound volume patterns to improve service execution.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of relevant professional experience in customer services.
  • Superior customer service ethic.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, issue-resolution skills, and ability to improve processes and implement practical solutions collaboratively with multiple BUs.
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
