Job Description

We seek an experienced relationship developer to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
