Job Summary:

As a strategic HR professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with union management to ensure statutory compliance and positive industrial relations.
  • Oversee the execution of HR strategies, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance reviews, to drive business results.
  • Design and implement fair HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Source, screen, and interview top talent to meet business needs.
  • Assess training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR technology and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
  • Monitor employee retention and turnover rates to inform strategic decisions.

Daily Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for labor legislation issues and provide guidance to employees and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR management.
