Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support strategic HR initiatives such as digital transformation, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  2. Drive HR Analytics initiatives to generate insights from workforce data, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR systems, tools, and processes.
  4. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  5. S_support employee experience and DEI programs through targeted interventions.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and development.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Address employee relations issues and ensure alignment with company policies and values.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with exposure to both project-based work and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
