Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner & Special Projects Professional

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner and Special Projects professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting business leaders on people matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead and support the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including digital transformation, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  • HR Analytics: Drive the development and use of HR analytics initiatives to generate insights from workforce data, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR systems, tools, and processes that drive efficiency and improve employee experience.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Partnering:
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters, including performance, engagement, and development, addressing employee relations issues and ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
  • Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building to ensure the right skills and talent are in place to drive business success.
  • Culture Development: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with exposure to both project-based work and business partnering.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR analytics tools or platforms a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
