About the Role:
">The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, encompassing performance management cycles, career conversations, and effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design, implement, and manage performance management cycles to drive employee growth and development.
- Facilitate regular manager-individual catch-ups, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to promote open communication and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) portal for accurate data management and efficient reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and communicate HR policies and procedures, enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR functions, including performance management cycles and HRIS portals.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
