Strategic Planning:

  • Support the execution of strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on key strategic initiatives and projects identified by the leadership team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets that support business growth.

M&A Execution:

  • Support in preparing presentations, managing due diligence processes, conducting financial analysis, and assessing potential risks and opportunities for value creation.

Financial Modeling & Presentation:

  • Create and analyze financial models for existing and future projects, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare consolidated financial performance reports and MIS for senior management and the leadership team.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvements across the organization and entities, ensuring greater efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Team Facilitation & Culture Building:

  • Facilitate regular meetings to review strategic progress, align key initiatives, and track the status of ongoing projects.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Liaison and Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, business partners, and clients to support smooth operations.

Strategic Planning & Meeting Facilitation:

  • Schedule and prioritize business appointments & meetings for the leadership team, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Oversee the coordination of all aspects of business trip arrangements end-to-end for the organization.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the leadership team.
  • Address emails for the leaders, following guidelines provided and managing routine correspondence, including emails and phone calls, while representing the leadership team when required.

  • Projects Closure Success Rate: Number and quality of successful M&A projects and business initiatives.
  • Strategic Implementation: Timeliness and effectiveness of executing strategic plans.
