Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, managing attendance and shift scheduling, handling employee grievances, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Evaluate and improve existing HR processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
