Job Title: Strategic HR PartnerJob Description:

Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction, including training programs, recognition schemes, and wellness activities.
  • Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management processes, career development plans, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyse HR metrics to provide data-driven insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India
- Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively
