The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India.

- Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
