This role is a key contributor to the business success, serving as a strategic partner and advisor to drive performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted initiatives that drive business results.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with expertise in talent management, HR operations, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Strategic thinking, with capacity to align HR strategies with business objectives.
