Hiring for an HR Professional

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving Human Capital (HCM) strategy forward. This entails working closely with the HCM Region Head to collect and analyze employee data, organizational structures, and other essential inputs.

  • Employee Data Management: The ideal candidate will assist in collecting employee data, including demographics, job roles, and performance metrics.
  • Organizational Structure Analysis: Analyze organizational charts to identify areas of improvement and propose changes to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Assist in tracking progress on established strategic plans and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Identify open positions across various Business Units (BUs), utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract suitable candidates, and coordinate with line managers, Talent Acquisition (TA), and HCM Operations for end-to-end recruitment activities.
  3. Performance Management: Coordinate with BUs to ensure timely execution of performance appraisal stages, manage appraisal outcomes, and facilitate employee lifecycle processes such as promotions, transfers, job rotations, and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
