We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support our team in handling administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate employee records (physical & digital).
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Support in onboarding/offboarding formalities (checklists, ID card processing, etc.).
- Timesheet Management:
- Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and databases.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination:
- Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
- Liaise with different departments for HR process coordination.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
