Job Title: Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist

  • A key member of our team, responsible for ensuring seamless operations and effective management of both HR and finance functions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll processing, compliance regulations, and financial record-keeping. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance records and monitor timesheets for accuracy.
  • Process payroll and administer statutory deductions.
  • Maintain leave management systems and handle employee queries related to payroll and HR operations.
  • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Drive the offer rollout process by drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and/or finance.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
