Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Lead performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
  • Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in India.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
