We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture.


About the Role

This role encompasses managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes. It also involves end-to-end recruitment: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy and security.
  • Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Design and run employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that improve morale and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
  • Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and other workforce analytics for management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working in flexible hours to stay aligned with global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
