The CMDB Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients by aligning team capacity, setting performance goals, and planning resources. This individual will also support hiring, manage escalations, and contribute to product roadmaps and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning team capacity for optimal performance
  • Setting performance goals and resource planning
  • Supporting hiring and managing escalations
  • Presenting technical issues to leadership and reporting progress
  • Creating reports and dashboards and presenting to management
  • Contributing to product roadmaps and strategic decisions
  • Optimizing cost, performance, scalability, and automation
