About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced digital transformation leader to spearhead the design and implementation of complex programs. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing architecture and design leadership, handling large-scale projects, and aligning IT services with enterprise objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for end-to-end solution architecture and sizing for large deals
  • Determine technology stacks, balancing best technology with cost considerations
  • Review, optimize, and sign-off technology solutions and sizing for integrated systems comprising multiple service lines
  • Extract and develop differentiators for large deals from existing services delivered to customers and working across internal departments, service lines, and delivery organizations
  • Present solutions to customers in discussions and bid defense
  • Critically review contracts, delivery plans, and application design in context of architecture and design implications, and subsequent implementation considerations
  • Conduct system architecture evaluations and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture
  • Deliver enterprise architecture blueprints and advise on setup associated artifact hierarchies and ownership (such as functional, non-functional design, data models, product design, user experience, process, security, network, deployment design) as relevant for the program
  • Establish architecture and design governance including standards, best practices, guidelines, and associated compliance processes
  • Strategic planning including balancing short-term and long-term objectives/priorities with organizational goals and constraints
  • Analyze business impacts that certain technical choices may have on client business processes
  • Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required Fix technical issues as they arise
  • Collaborate across multiple functions and geographies with client-facing roles interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Review and prioritize changes to existing platforms to ensure they always follow the latest best practices and make appropriate technology choices
  • Ensure common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable; and facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices
  • Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
  • Bring industry best practices to bear in making recommendations to relevant stakeholders on the overall governance structure in oversight and execution of the SDLC, tools usage, AI, automation, as well as recommendations on skill set requirements, organization structure, tools, processes, reporting, and systems support
