Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution for our online luxury business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance.
  • Develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.

Partner Management: Liaise with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

People Skills and Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
