Key Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled transactional professional to oversee the closing process of high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. As our ideal candidate, you will coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and accuracy of all documents.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring precision and accuracy of all documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Verify adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding legal documents and contracts.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
