Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager
Opportunity Overview:We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels (ticket sizes 15 Cr+).
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management and Relationship Building
- Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+)
- Manage High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNI), and Family Office relationships
- Conduct walkthroughs, pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures with high-value clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes 15 Cr+)
- Strong understanding of Andheri-South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala)
- Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries
