Job Title: Real Estate Development Project Manager

The Real Estate Development Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate development projects—from concept and planning through design, permitting, construction, and handover. The role requires managing timelines, budgets, consultants, contractors, and regulatory approvals to ensure successful, profitable, and timely project delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end development activities from feasibility to delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project development plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the coordination of internal teams (finance, sales, legal) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
  • Identify critical path activities and ensure on-time completion of each project phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and development economics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Real Estate Development, MBA, or Construction Management.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with financial modeling, development feasibility studies, and investor reporting.
  • Familiarity with design-build and other project delivery methods.
