Real Estate Portfolio Management Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager with extensive expertise to make a significant impact on the performance and success of residential and commercial real estate portfolios.

The team consists of (1) Yardi property accountant, (2) Tenant lease coordinator, (3) Yardi administrator who all will report into this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
  • Manage third party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments.
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims.

Job Requirements:

  1. Commercial and Residential Asset Management: 50% of time spent
  2. Tenant Lease Maintenance and Billing: 10% of time spent
  3. Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis: 25% of time spent
  4. Lease Administration and Tenant Relations: 10% of time spent
  5. Tenant Year-End Reconciliations: 10% of time spent
  6. Annual Budget: 5% of time spent
  7. Administrative Support to Executives: 10% of time spent

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and engage tenants.
  • Advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting and financial statements.
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset to resolve Tenant billing issues.
