Business Transformation Leader

This position involves leading transformation programs with a focus on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, utilization, service level adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions and proof-of-concepts, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective risk mitigation.
  • Partner with business leaders to execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible return on investment, focusing on areas like digital maturity, literacy, and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in business process outsourcing/knowledge process outsourcing/shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms.
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly robotic process automation tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
