About the Position

We are seeking a Revenue Data Expert with experience in short-term vacation rentals to develop and execute data-driven revenue strategies for our growing portfolio of U.S.-based properties.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams using industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage pricing strategies using dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and operations teams to enhance property performance.
  • Presentation of clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours and engage with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence, self-motivation, and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
