Remote Reservation Agent Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Remote Reservation Agent.

This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer service, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong leadership skills.

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills. An American accent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Benefits:

  • Work Location: Remote (India).
  • Shift: Night shift (US timings).
  • Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year, based on the candidate's communication skills.
