The Role
  • Strategic Partnership: Provide extensive HR support to Direct Business teams throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Dashboards & Metrics: Responsible for creating HR metrics dashboards around org health, hiring, ER updates, LnD initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Manage the complete employee life cycle with respect to employee engagement programs.
  • Employee Pulse Surveys: Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects, and ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Direct Business teams. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining effective HR processes and systems.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
